About the Projects
When I used to work at Madison World, Mumbai in their mainstream advertising, we designed for many brands out of which here’s the luxury branding presented below.
Identity Design, Social Media Promotional Post Design, Newspaper Ad, Hoarding Designs, Brochures, etc.

For the launch of Three Sixty North, a luxury redevelopment project in Delhi, we developed a visual identity that reflected the project’s premium positioning and architectural ambition. Guided by the expectations and aspirations of its target audience, the branding was designed to communicate sophistication, exclusivity, and modern urban living. The scope included the brand identity and launch hoardings, creating a strong and distinctive presence for the project’s market introduction.

Hoarding Designs

CODA – Identity Design
‘CODA’ was a luxury redevelopment project by Oberoi Realty in Mumbai, uniquely positioned between sweeping sea views and the city’s green hills. The branding was developed to reflect this distinctive setting, balancing elegance, modernity, and a strong sense of place.
Here is an overview of the identity system and the design approach that led to its final visual expression.

Fairview – Identity Design
Fairview was a luxury redevelopment project by Oberoi Realty in Mumbai, offering expansive views of the sea. Rather than relying on conventional luxury cues, the brand identity drew inspiration from the golden hour – the fleeting moments of sunrise and sunset when the landscape is bathed in warm, luminous light.
This concept became the foundation of the visual language, influencing everything from the colour palette to the overall mood of the brand. Rich golds, warm neutrals, and subtle gradients were carefully selected to evoke the elegance and serenity associated with these moments, creating a distinctive expression of luxury rooted in the project’s surroundings.
The resulting identity balanced sophistication with a strong sense of place, translating the experience of Fairview into a memorable brand.
Below is a glimpse into the brand guidelines, showcasing the logo system and its application across various touchpoints.
